What will you do?

  • Apply NLP techniques to automate business processes in various domains
  • Conduct applied research in NLP
  • Maintain applied knowledge in existing NLP approaches
  • Own a learning schedule to be/remain a subject matter expert
  • Architect, build, scale, manage, and own ML solution pipelines
  • Convert applied solutions into common utilities or/and products (if applicable)
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to level up other team members
  • Publish results to arXiv and/or scholarly journals
  • Participate in Kaggle competitions and apply knowledge gained to our applications


What are we looking for?

  • Hold a master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Must have experience modeling business problems and turning them into actionable items
  • Built at least one end-to-end NLP solution (input data cleaning, labeling, encoding, decoding, and monitoring)
  • Worked on out-of-memory datasets and conducted large scale analytics
  • Able to comfortably and effectively read, write, and communicate maths and statistics


Good to have experience: 

  • Hold a doctoral degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Trained and deployed models in one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Have done multi-instance/thread/GPU model training using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
  • Know the basics of Knowledge graph, BERT, GPT, and all their variants (since 2017)
  • Have exposure to representation learning, semi-supervised learning, active learning, and reinforcement learning.
